Sunset Stone is pleased to welcome Julie Griffin as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Julie brings 26 years of experience in the construction and building products industry, including 15 years specializing in stone veneer. Her career has spanned across sales, sales management and general management, giving her extensive experience working with general contractors, builders, architects, designers, distributors, and homeowners.
As a collaborative, results-driven leader, Julie has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, capturing market share and developing lasting customer and industry relationships. She is especially passionate about creating a strong customer experience and streamlining processes to better support both customers and internal teams. In her new role, Julie will lead Sunset Stone’s sales and marketing strategy, focusing on strengthening partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and creating greater alignment across the organization.
Prior to joining Sunset Stone, Julie served as Regional General Manager for Moderno Porcelain Works, where she led regional sales, operations and revenue strategy. She previously spent several years with Environmental StoneWorks where she advanced to Regional General Manager and President of the Rocky Mountain region. Her leadership there extended across sales, manufacturing, logistics, installation and administration.
Originally from the South, Julie has called Colorado home for the past 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, traveling, and keeping up with her two daughters’ many sports and activities.
